Cancellation
Policy:

We appreciate your
understanding that our business depends primarily on advance
reservations since our location is not on a high traffic
road.
- SUMMER:
You are responsible for the reserved dates. The
deposit may be refunded ONLY if we can
fill the cabin for your reserved period less a $25.00 service fee.
FALL THRU SPRING:
You are responsible for the reserved dates the deposit will be refunded less a
$10.00 service fee if a 15 day notice is given.
- There will be no
refund for early departures.
